Transformative Healing Programs
Empowering at-risk youth and rescue animals through connection, mentorship, and community involvement.
Community Connections
Following completion of the Boot Camp program, youth are guided through a critical next phase—transitioning into independent and community life. Recognizing that true transformation requires continued support, Together Redeemed offers a comprehensive reentry framework designed to ensure that participants don’t face this journey alone.
Each youth is paired with a dedicated mentor who provides consistent guidance, encouragement, and accountability. We work closely with a network of local families and church partners to create a relational safety net—a caring community where youth feel seen, valued, and supported. These connections help foster a sense of belonging and provide spiritual and emotional encouragement that many youth have never experienced before.
In practical terms, we assist youth in securing safe and stable housing, connecting them with landlords who are willing to give them a chance, or placing them with host families when needed. We also help with job placement by partnering with local businesses and offering support with applications, interviews, transportation, and even appropriate attire.
Our goal is not just to meet short-term needs but to equip each young person with the relationships, resources, and resilience they need to thrive in adulthood. By staying engaged well beyond graduation, we ensure that no one is left to navigate life alone.
Camp Mae
Together Redeemed’s Boot Camp Program is an immersive, hands-on initiative tailored specifically for foster youth, particularly those who are aging out of the system or have experienced significant trauma. This program is designed to bridge the gap between adolescence and adulthood by equipping participants with essential life skills—such as budgeting, cooking, time management, and communication—as well as foundational job readiness training, including resume building, interview preparation, and workplace etiquette.
Structured routines, one-on-one mentorship, and group activities create a stable and supportive environment where youth can safely explore their potential. Through these experiences, they gain confidence, develop resilience, and begin to see a future shaped by hope, purpose, and belonging.
Fosters & Fidos
An animal rescue that's so much more—it’s a transformative, dual-purpose program that rehabilitates both dogs and the youth who care for them. We rescue dogs from neglect, abuse, or abandonment and place them in a structured training program focused on socialization, obedience, and readiness for adoption or specialized service roles.
At the heart of this program is the deeply therapeutic interaction between the dogs and the youth we serve. Many of these young people have experienced rejection, instability, or emotional trauma—much like the animals they work with. By participating in the care and training process, youth not only learn responsibility, patience, and empathy, but also experience emotional healing as they witness the transformation of a once-broken animal into a confident and loving companion.
The daily routines of feeding, grooming, exercising, and teaching commands help instill consistency and discipline. As youth see the impact of their care and commitment reflected in the progress of the dogs, they gain a sense of purpose and personal worth. The mutual trust that develops between them and the animals often becomes the first safe and trusting relationship they’ve experienced.
